Returns & Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products (Smartwatches, Earbuds, and Cases), we generally do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind. Please make sure to double-check your model (iPhone size, color, etc.) before placing an order.

If something is wrong: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered!

Simply contact us at vexoroshop100@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with a small unboxing video or photos. Once verified, we will happily send you a fresh replacement at no extra cost.

Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, they cannot be canceled or returned.
